چکیده
SCGC (self-compacting geopolymer concrete) contains a new hybrid of self-compacting concrete and concrete, under the development in recent years, regarded to be an environmentally beneficial building material, as it does not use Portland cement traditional binder, its flowability eliminates need for vibrator application. Local pozzolanic materials containing silica (SiO2) alumina were utilized binder this study (Al2O3). is considerably material repair due low electrical resistivity characteristic. This stage research focused on determining most effective curing procedures mix designs SCGC. Similarly, prior studies conducted by Tjiwi Kimia performed laboratory, including slump flow, T50, V-funnel, L-box tests. Additionally, features such compressive, tensile, flexural strength employed test hardness qualities. The fresh fulfills requirements EFNARC (2002), filling ability, passing segregation resistance. Slump flow measurements yielded value 690 mm T50 2.4 seconds. Furthermore, V-funnel results 8.35 ratio 0.84, while average compressive was 27.05 MPa, split tensile 6.32 1.91 MPa.

متن کاملDurability Performance of Self Compacting Concrete Incorporating Alccofine and Fly Ash
The cost associated with the application of large volume of cement and synthetic admixtures was one of the major drawbacks of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC), which can be reduced by the use of supplementary cementitious materials (SCM). When the demand of cement reduces, the release of carbon dioxide (CO2) from cement industries will come down, which has a positive impact on global w...
متن کاملFly Ash-based Geopolymer Lightweight Concrete Using Foaming Agent
In this paper, we report the results of our investigation on the possibility of producing foam concrete by using a geopolymer system. Class C fly ash was mixed with an alkaline activator solution (a mixture of sodium silicate and NaOH), and foam was added to the geopolymeric mixture to produce lightweight concrete. The NaOH solution was prepared by dilute NaOH pellets with distilled water. The ...
